I was looking for a property for me and my daughter to rent. Upon speaking to Bethany Hewitt she identified a house which was suitable for us, it was a 2 bed house close to everything which we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Bethany throughout the process of renting this propert and facilitated extra viewings where necessary. I am extremely grateful to her for finding me and my daughter our first house which is perfect. I would definitely recommend using this estate agents.

Their support, expertise and hard work ensured that we got the full sale price and helped ensure that any issues were fully communicated and resolved. We have just bought a property through Adams Estate Agents in Runcorn. Prior to contacting them we had tried various online portal sites but without success. It was good to deal with someone with local knowledge who quickly identified our priorities and indeed the first house Allison recommended was the right one and we put a successful offer in immediately. From start to finish nothing has been too much trouble. We are not from the area and all questions we put forward were answered with real professionalism. I bought my house that was advertised with Adams and had a great experience so when it was time to sell I didn't look anywhere else. They offered me excellent advice and didn't push me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Everyone I speak with is excellent and they always get back to me when they say they will. Brilliant communication within the team and between both vendors. I can't speak highly enough of the team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I have used Adams as my Letting Agent now for a couple of years and I would recommend them as they are very efficient. They are very thorough when it comes to vetting potential tenants and they have found me some lovely tenants for my property. I will continue to use them as they are very quick and offer sound advice when you are letting a property. I have not had any void periods which is fantastic.

The staff at Adams could not have been more helpful with the sale of our property. They had to deal with so much more than normal as we lived some distance away from our rented property, but all problems and requests were dealt with cheerfully and efficiently. The property was sold quickly and they showed good market knowledge in the recommended asking price. We were delighted with the price they managed to secure for us.

They were never to busy to answer any questions and very quick to sort or deal with any concerns. Everybody in the office knew who I was if I called and were really helpful.
