Felt like this agent was just always your listener and helped

I had rented a property for over 16 months and it was lovely to feel like you were only just a call away from them with any concern or help!!! Always felt like they pt me at ease. Sorry to have another agent involve with my next property I do hope they are as helpful and these. Tracey was one of the ladies I delt with a lot and was nice to know she knew me, my situation, and made the my experience with Adams very comfortable.

Received excellent service and assistance from Natalie Woodward and the staff at Michael Adams in Runcorn. The help and advice given to us as first time landlords was invaluable and the process was made very easy. Fabulous

From the first moment we met Will i felt totally sure this was the team to sell my house. We had been with another agent for 5 months with no luck. Claire was so helpful and understanding when i kept calling worring something would go wrong when our house sokd. They sold it in 12 days! Claire and the team were fabulous

Buying and selling a home is extremely exhausting and stressful as we all know; and taking away some of those stresses is exactly what Claire and the team did for me. Always attentive, always available, always professional - yet very friendly and highly knowlegable.. I'd actually say that if I sold in the future Adams would be the first call I'd make. By nature I can imagine I was quite demanding at times, but the girls really couldn't do enough to help me. Would I recommend them - Absolutely. Great team, great work ethic.. Great Friendly Local Service

Fantastic professional service and customer care

We cannot speak highly enough about this company and the staff. Claire helped us to both sell our property and buy a new one. Every detail was explained to us very clearly and no question was too much trouble. She kept us informed along each process so we never felt out the loop regards communications.
