We have recently sold and bought a property, Neil Barrett was the agent who came to discuss the selling of our previous property he was very professional and knowledgeable about the property market and gave us excellent advice. Neil photographed the property and presented it extremely well on their web site. During the whole process of buying and selling, communication was first class keeping us informed every step of the way. There was a slight communication problem between the solicitors ( no fault of the agent ) Neil acted quickly and resolved the problem within hours probably saving us a delay of a number of weeks.

From the first meeting with Neil to value our property right to the day of completion the service has been fabulous. The house was valued in the morning and there is negotiation on price to be extremely competitive but you pay for what a great service you get here by far. Then by mid afternoon it appeared on the Internet with great pictures. We had a viewing the next day and an offer the day after. Margaret and Liz have been chasing anything that needs chasing to aid exchange and completion and nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommend and so glad we made the choice to go with MCA and not a cheaper competition just on price. The house was well avertised amazingly quickly from us deciding to put it on the market - no delays. Excellent correspondence from the offic and no feelings that we were being a nuisance. Just unfortunate we aren't planning on moving again to re-use them,

We originally were going to engage an online estate agent to assist us, however following discussions with the very competent manager, Stephen Musker, we decided to go with Adams. We were immensely glad that we did and were extremely impressed with the first class service and attention we received from the team! We ended up selling our property STC within 2 days of it going on the market and for more than the full asking price (there was a lot of interest)! In particular, the efforts of Tara Morris were second to none. She was a fundamental lynch pin throughout the whole process and her communication was faultless; every email was answered promptly, every phone call answered or returned as soon as possible, and every query was addressed and dealt with to the best of her abilities. I truly felt that she was on our side and fully supportive throughout, even when matters became stressful. Her negotiation skills on our behalf, as well as her professionalism and integrity, were all truly outstanding. We are so glad she was our case handler! We thoroughly recommend their services.

From start to finish Neil, Margaret, Liz, Lorraine and Mel (apologise for leaving anyone out) were extremely friendly both on the phone and in person. I cannot fault their communication with us throughout the sale of both of the property's we had listed with them. Neil was very knowledgeable about the area and the local house sales. My property was sold within days for the full asking price and although this first sale fell through, it was put back on the market and sold again, within 2 days, again for the asking price. Neil is always on hand to discuss/answer any issues or questions and I would definitely use the company again in the future.

We cannot speak highly enough about this company and the staff. Claire helped us to both sell our property and buy a new one. Every detail was explained to us very clearly and no question was too much trouble. She kept us informed along each process so we never felt out the loop regards communications. I would highly recommend them. Will came out to asses the value of our property and take pictures etc and the service and attitude provided was outstanding. We really found the quality of service made the whole experience nowhere near as stressful as we anticipated.
