GoogleI spoke to the guys at Abode during my home-search. They understood that I needed a real cool, serene home and they found me one. They've always gone the extra mile to make sure everything works well in the home. They are delightful to talk to and I am proud to say that I still live there. Kudos guys, you're amazing.

GoogleRented at Attoe Walk with Abode. Great service from start, no fees to pay (for the room I rented) and easy viewing/agreement to complete. Deposit and rent very competitive. House was excellent, all fitting and fixtures in great condition, their service for repairs and issues is top notch. Shame to be leaving Norwich and Abode as a letting agent.

GoogleI was in a sticky situation and the staff were so helpful and professional. I am now renting room in a fantastic property and the staff maintain a great level of communication. I would advise everyone to come to abode as a first port of call when looking for a lovely home. 10/10

Very poor service Very poor service from Abode property agents unfortunately. After a very enthusiastic agent got us on board, the service after our property went on the market was non-existent. There was no phone calls to keep in touch, no updates or recommendations to help sell our property. When I called them to arrange a viewing on another property, they took my details and the man I spoke to didn't even know my property was on the market with them! Disappointed and would not recommend

GoogleSteve has been fantastic! From the moment I contacted Abode he has been honest, open and very helpful. I would not still have my property if it was not for him and his team. He helped us to refurbish the whole house from top to bottom, until it looked good enough for him to let to his clients. You are unlikely to find a better letting agent in Norwich!

I have been renting now for five years and this is by far the best property manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I would thoroughly recommend his service and will continue to deal with him for as long as I can.

GoogleI have been a landlord for nearly 20 years and, due to disappointing service, have been managing my properties myself for at least the last ten years. More recently I moved into the HMO market and would not have done so had I not had EXCELLENT advice from Steve Barker from The HMO Manager - it is not a market I want to self manage. I have now been a client to The HMO Manager for over a year and am delighted with the helpful way in which Steve conducts his business. The service is fantastic and I am always kept up to date with anything that is happening, so vital with the ever changing laws. I can not recommend The HMO Manager highly enough.
