Really supportive all the way from having offer accepted to completion. Proactive in chasing all solicitors in the chain to make sure progress didn't stall. Commication was excellent and gave regular feedback on events as well getting back to you when promised. Ilene gave regular progress reports and pinned down all parties to ensure fast exchange of contracts and successful completion.

APM were involved with the sale of my late Mom’s property. The house was vacant so all viewings were carried out by APM. We always received prior notice of viewings, the name of each viewer and regular updates on what the potential buyer’s thoughts were. APM followed up after every viewing and, when it came to offers coming in, offered advice to enable us to come to a decision on accepting one offer over another. They were active throughout. Once we were passed to the after-sales team, the excellent service continued, with regular updates. I would most highly recommend A P Morgan and their excellent staff.

We recently viewed a property in Bromsgrove with A P Morgan, the customer service we received was good, the agent that showed us round was polite and professional. We then submitted an offer of asking price, at which point we were advised that it would basically then go into a bidding match with others who had submitted an offer. Whilst I know this isn't a method specific to this estate agents, it is not a fair process as it comes down to whoever is willing to overpay for a property by a potentially stupid amount. We felt that it should have been encouraged by the estate agents for the sellers to review the proceedability of the buyers who offered and the time at which the offers were submitted to ensure a fair system. We then received a phone call to say our offer (first offer submitted on the property) had been rejected. That was it, no explanation of anything. On top of that, the person who called had below par telephone etiquette and sounded as though they wanted to be doing anything but taking our call. First time viewing with this estate agents and not overly impressed, to say the least.
