what a fantastic service off this estate agent. from the initial contact,to the viewing,to the after sale care .we had issues with solicitors up and down the chain. but the after sales (eysia at the stourbridge office) followed up all the issues and resolved them professionally . this estate agent may be young but they give a personal service to each client better than the more established estate agent

Agents acting for vendors in what proved to be a very protracted affair. Really did their best to keep us as the purchasers fulled appraised of the situation and went out of their way to chase up on issues relating to our sale which they didn't need to do. Constant communication and offers of support - can't fault them and a special mention for Elysia and Alix.
