GoogleI don't think the Halesowen branch has developed i t's reputation yet in this area, it's early days alot of staff have left this office and that is very disappointing when u are are half through a transaction, they never got me a best and final offer. Waste of time and money !!!!

GoogleAsking me to show how much cash I have in the bank before I even view a house, and then stating its government guidelines is insulting my intelligence. When I asked that I can't see this on the government website and all the other estate agents I have viewed with haven't asked for proof before viewing. You even stated they are all breaking the rules. Just state the owner has made these recommendations rather than trying educate me with silly facts. Not impressed, already making the process stressful even before I view, in these difficult times.

Under government guidelines, and as part of our efforts to protect our colleagues and clients from COVID-19 we must ensure face-to-face viewings only take place when necessary. Part of this process means only booking viewings for buyers whom we can prove are able to proceed. In addition, we have a contractual, legal obligation to our sellers to ensure anyone who wishes to make an offer on a property is financially qualified by an independent financial advisor.

GoogleI have read these reviews and cant believe it's the same company. My house has been on the market for 9 months and have had very little contact with the staff. I've been passed around from one advisor to the other. The manager didn't have any knowledge of my property or the area. He was borderline rude when I said that I was disappointed and told me to email my request to terminate my contract with them. Beware if you are offered "Sell your house for £1" They dont deliver

GoogleWe sold our property within 3 weeks of it being on the market. There were some initial teethings problems with the booking of viewings via the online portal but Chaz Ahmad arranged for the viewings to be booked at the branch instead which streamlined everything. Towards the end of the process, Sharon Lewis was professionalism personified. When things appeared to be slowing down, Sharon liased with our buyers, their buyers as well as the respective legal teams in order to accelerate proceedings. Sharon demonstrated excellent communication skills at all times in keeping us updated with everything that was going on and she was also a calming influence when needed!

GoogleI was absolutely appalled by the service I received at this branch. I was told that my offer had been accepted and therefore cancelled another offer I had made on a different house only to be told later that my offer had been rejected. While I understand that the best offer wins, I cannot believe they would explicitly tell me "your offer has been accepted" if it actually wasn't. I will make sure I never have to deal with this company in the future.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
