🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I feel I really need to let others know of our experiences when buying and selling and how very impressed we are with the services provided by AP Morgan and would highly recommend them to others wishing to buy or sell a property. The communication is nothing short of excellent and the whole team at the Stourbridge branch are so polite, down to earth, nothing is to much trouble, very helpful without being pushy, this is so very refreshing after dealing with several other estate agents in our area.I would 100% recommend A P Morgans, excellent team!

After a very bad experience in the first instance causing us to look elsewhere, and after 15 months we finally sold our house. A P Morgan seem to attract timewasters so please only go to them if you are serious about purchasing a properry!!If it wasn't for the help, support and perserverance from Ilene i dont think we would have ever completed a sale. Ilene deserves 12 stars alone.Thank you for finally helping us to move.

We have had a look into your comments and believe there were factors involved after surveyors visited your property which were beyond our control. This then caused difficulties in sourcing the right buyer for your property. Perseverance paid off (we never gave up on you!). Therefore we do not believe your comments are justified in regards to us attracting time wasters. We are pleased to hear though that Ilene was able to support you in what must have been a stressful situation. We wish you all the best for the future in your new home.

Excellent service from all at the Redditch branch. They were hugely proactive and positive, especially Ilene in after-sales. Things were kept moving along. They were helpful and reassuring and formed a vital communication bridge between buyers, sellers and their legal advisers.

I have bought and sold a few houses and the continued service Molly gives is fantastic, second to none. She keeps in touch. She sends me properties that fit my criteria and she is very proactive.
