Professional service provided from start to finish. Lots of viewings booked, staff inform you of viewings and ask if it’s convenient. Staff conducted the viewings. Constant contact with the customer - very good. Keep the customer upto date with information.

I chose AP Morgan as a well established local agent in Redditch. From the first appointment Joe put us at ease about the streamlined process we were about to work through. Joe and his team have been incredibly helpful with no question too small to respond to promptly. We sold our home in 15 minutes ! Why because they had buyers they knew who were ready to go! Buyers looking for our type of property. Joe offered the best selling strategies and methods he knew would provide a swift and successful outcome. On to our next stage of the journey was to find us our new home. We had a specific remit of needs and musts for us. Joe and the team didn't disappoint! It was clear when Joe was bringing properties to market, he knew our needs well and was efficient in informing us about potential new properties, when permitted to do so. This meant we only viewed a few houses before the right one came to be ours. In the current competitive market, this saved us so much time and effort. I would say that selling and buying with 1 agent has cut so much hassle out as the team are in full control of every stage and detail. Special mention to Chloe and Tammy for always being available and helping us to show case our home and allow us to have detailed viewing that never felt rushed. In short the cost of using AP Morgan has been an excellent investment and taken all of the stress out of selling and buying. The team are personable, get to know quickly what’s important for you and what you need in a new home. I recommend anyone to sell and buy their next home with the A P Morgan team 100%

Booking viewings was straight forward, we were contacted when one property was taken off the market and contacted again when it was put back on. The viewings with Corrine were friendly. If there was something that Corrine didn’t have the answer to she relayed it to the office who contacted us later on with the answers.
