TrustpilotSam was fantastic!
Sam from after sales was very pro active and always went the extra mile to get the house sale over the line. I’m really grateful for all of her help!

TrustpilotUnhelpful staff
Trying to book viewings was difficult, the staff were not helpful and did not listen when I explained that we could only view houses on a specific day.One member of staff was insistent that we had to drive our ID documents 120 miles for checking, eventually a more helpful member of staff arranged a virtual document check.I found the aftersales quite pushy and demanding.
