I had a fantastic experience with Mark Brazier, the estate agent who showed me a property on Charles Street. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Estate agent who showed us around the property was friendly and informative. Very hard to get in contact with Stourbridge branch, on the multiple occasions we have phoned it has been transferred to another branch as Stourbridge have not picked up

I had a very strong opinion on what should be emphasised about the house - these included the location, general size, large garden, all big ticket items replaced and safety checks completed satisfactorily. Mark picked up on these and immediately led the viewings from this aspect in a very positive but subtle way. He showed the property in a very honest and straightforward fashion and I felt he made all the viewers feel comfortable and at ease. From my perspective it was an enjoyable and stress free experience. By the time I arrived home after the viewings, there were already two offers in my email inbox. The property was previously managed by another estate agent and I was very disappointed with that experience - from initial photographs and write-up to the 'offers' received, so these dealings with A P Morgan and Mark & Paul this morning have gone a long way to remedy that disappointment. The only small criticism I would have is that with six back-to-back viewings on 15 minute intervals, was not giving the viewers quite enough time for proper discussion. I felt that a couple of the viewers would have appreciated a little longer to get answers to questions they had, as there is quite some history with the house. Overall, extremely happy.

Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend A P Morgan. The time from marketing to an agreed letting with ideal tenants was extremely impressive. Abdul from the Redditch office & Abby from the Stourbridge Office were excellent, providing first rate service, regular updates & a nothing was too much trouble approach. They listened, pooled between offices & delivered seamlessly. Thank you Abdul & Abby.
