GoogleAbsolute rubbish. I asked them to show me flats that had no outstanding Probate. They showed me a flat which I made an offer on in two minutes. The vendor hadnt applied for Probate. Completely incompetent. Selling properties that people dont leagally own!!!!!!!!!!!!!. And I see you have left replies to other people's feed back, but not mine?????????? Totally incompetent
Hi Andy, I'm sorry that you missed out on this property! I can't comment on a particular property's probate status, however I have checked that you were advised that grant of probate was needed for the property you asked about, and that was before even viewing the property. In general, grant of probate is only required before completion of a sale and isn't required for marketing. GoogleSold my house with APMorgan at Longbridge. They recommended Chapter Law solicitors and had 5 months of unnecessary stress dealing with them. Michelle at APMorgan was supportive and dealt with queries quickly. Only downside of APMorgans service was recommending Chapter Law solicitors.

GoogleA truly dreadful experience as a seller, I ended up starting again with another agent. Totally lost sight that I was the customer, I appeared to be the last on their priority list. Try visiting their Longbridge branch, it is hidden away in an anonymous office.

GoogleOverall I feel that the company is well known for selling great properties within the region but I had a bad experience with them personally. I initially placed an offer on a property and following this had the property reevaluated by a property developer/ family friend. After realizing there was some issues I decided to retract my offer. Since then, I have had a biased and unfair service from the company: - Viewings not being offered at all when new properties were put on the site - Being told lies by a particular colleague that another property I was interested in had an offer accepted on a Saturday however when I checked with another colleague a decision wasn't to be made by Monday, hence trying to budge me out of a potential buying situation which I found very disappointing - Being told by the manager that I was in the first batch of viewings for next week but then receiving a call saying the property had been sold a week before 'first batch' viewings had commenced. After complaining the manager finally got back to me to clarify that they are not mistreating me however I am yet to feel like they are trying their best to help me going forwards. I feel there is a sense of arrogance from the employees who feel they can toy with buyers at their own discretion. Overall, I feel treated very unfairly by the company on multiple occasions and feel let down for just trying to purchase a home. I DO NOT recommend this company to first time buyers as they will be left feeling demoralized and unmotivated in their search for a new home. I will not be contacting them again for their services. 2 star service at most.

GoogleAfter sadly losing our Mother we chose to sell our family home of many years. The staff at A P Morgan were friendly and polite. When they found the right buyer the sale went through very smoothly. Michelle kept us informed at all stages and liaised well with our solicitors.
