We had a very difficult sale and I can safely say that I was throughly impressed with the Bromsgrove branch as a whole. Every call was dealt with professionally, and in a friendly manner. When it came to progressing the sale, Tammy dealt with every question I had and nothing was too much trouble, even taking the time to explain things I didn’t understand as I have never sold before! Jessica Poulton did great, she's a very nice, reassuring and knowledgeable person. She's also very professional and meticulous in everything she's doing. She explained us all we needed to know and do very clearly. We had issues in the past with landlords and agents not coming back to us for a very long time, but Jess is replying to our emails very quick, so we're really happy about it and feel safe that if anything happens, we won't be ignored and finding the solution won't be postponed as before. She really did an amazing job with helping us through the process of renting and sorting everything out very quickly and hassle-free. Absolutely amazing agent, I can't recommend her enough, really! Thank you so much, Jess :)

A P Morgan have been great from the beginning. From the initial consultation to completion. The whole team have been friendly and professional, with no matter too small and exceptionally helpful. Ilene sold our home just in time as we could not secure our new home until we were in a completed chain. She always met us with a smile and is always bubbly towards our daughter. Chains are never easy and Ilene did an excellent job keeping the communication between sellers so it didn’t break down, as it did come close once. I would recommend AP Morgan and I think Ilene deserves to be recognised for the asset to the team she is. A bonus or a pay rise is in order, well done Ilene!

Great experience, from the moment we met Daniel Henley from the Stourbridge branch everything has been great. Communication has been excellent throughout and Dan explained the whole process and ensured everything went smoothly. The whole team have gone above and beyond to help us and Amy's photographs were excellent! Very professional, we would definitely use the team again and would highly recommend.
