Corinne was very professional, arrived in prompt time and brought a copy of the brochure for the property. I liked how I received an email and text confirmation for the time of viewing. She let us walk around the property at our own pace and it didn't feel rushed at all. She asked us our honest feedback on the property and had helpful suggestions for changes to the house.

We put an offer in for a house was told to come in to see the financial advisor for the mortgage..my husband took a day off work and we took all our necessary paperwork with us that we was told to bring..we saw a guy called dean(Redditch) what can I say the guy was disappointing from the minute go..we expected him to go through all the options with us and Search the market for the best mortgage but was told he can't do anything because we haven't bought our paper work.I said it's all here the payslips and bank statements were in our phones and I said we can email you them he replied oh yes you can do that..cut the story short we was told he will have a look when his free and he'll let us know later on,we never heard back from him.We received nothing but negative vibes from him...WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME..
