GoogleI had a great experience with 247 property when renting my flat, the process was very quick and efficient and the staff were all very helpful I would definetly recommend to friends and family.

GoogleNever ever has experienced that executive, (who came for viewing) could be that Rude. He don't even wants to listen to you. His views are just like, if you don't like this flat, then don't even speak a single word about the property. The guy has came to show the property at st Joseph Court is quite weird, Rude and Don't even know how to talk to the customers.

GoogleAwful service. No callbacks, lots of hoop-jumping to get the service they are supposed to provide. Do NOT let from these people and do NOT let these people let your homes. Trust the reviews you read because these people really don't give a flying monkey about you. Edit. Apparently I was aggressive because I told one of your staff members how unhappy I was with the lack of care I received when applying for a house through you? The other reviews speak for themselves. They don't care. I also believe the man's name I dealt with was Barry. I'm more than happy to have a call with you where you playback the phone call and we can listen to how incompetent the man I dealt with was. Awful service, save your time and money!

Dean, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I appreciate you were upset at not getting the property you applied for with ourselves but unfortunately the landlord decided to choose another applicant. I would like to offer you some advice in finding a new property to let, don’t be aggressive towards the staff on the telephone when you don’t get the property you want as they probably wont accept that behaviour either hence the reason we advised you that we won’t be letting any of our properties to you due to your behaviour. Good luck in your search to find a new home.

GoogleWould like to add to the comment that Dean wrote, Dean was NOT aggressive over the phone because he didn't get a property, he phoned in excess of 3x to gain information regarding a property over several days because you're agents failed to do their job and call when they said they would. Upon the final call he was frustrated which is understandable but in no way was aggressive. Pull up your call records and listen to the call. The evidence speaks for itself. Upon going to view a different property, your agent was extremely rude when approaching us. Dean explained why he was upset over the phone. Not once was he aggressive or use explicit language. Your agent clearly had personal issues, decided not to even show us the property and walked away. Extremely unprofessional. When contacting the office to discuss this matter further, the company past us pillar to post and failed to call us back repeatedly, surprise surprise. They clearly want to rent to people that can have the wool pulled over their eyes. AVOID.

We dealt with Steven Banks throughout and he was helpful and professional especially in marketing and advertising. He was honest and upfront about costs ,lengths of time, etc, I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in the East End

GoogleTerrible customer service and experience from a tenants perspective. The girls in the office have no issues in making up what they don't know. As a landlord the communication and property check was non-existent.

GoogleThe girls in the Kilmarnock office couldn’t of been more helpful when trying to find a property for my partner and I to rent. I would highly recommend using 24/7 property lettings

GoogleWorst letting agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Appalling lack of communication between tenants, agents and landlords not to mention the unprofessionalism of staff's manner towards complaints and repair requests. 1 star is generous, I wouldn't even give them that if I had the option.

GoogleMr & Mrs Wright (owners) are no better than conmen...check Companies House website and see how often they've changed the company name, ever so slightly (24.7, 24/7, 24-7 etc) so as to try attempt to avoid paying creditors . I won a court case against them but due to their 'suspect' business practices, ie. changing the company name constantly, the sheriffs couldn't enforce it, so I never recovered any losses. Be very wary if you have problems, as this company are owned by seasoned professionals who scammed me....

There are no Mr & Mrs Wright who own 24.7. This can be confirmed with Companies House. We have checked our system using 'Lynda C' and can see no record of previously having dealings. GoogleDo not ever consider this agency! Please be aware of scums and if you ever come across them just run away. No deposit back! Awful behaviour on moving out the property! Those people should not do business at all! just avoid them to have easy life please!!!!!

GoogleCan only recommend , friendly helpful staff and great service. Already used their two branches and with both had very good experience. Like their website too, very straightforward when you apply for the flat, also like the option to make online payments.

GoogleBeen using these guys to look after my property while I work abroad. Have had no trouble at all. Rents are paid to me on time every month, and I get a statement on time. I can email them to ask about how the property is and get a timely response. Mark is good to deal with and pretty helpful. Their management fee is pretty low too!

GoogleIf you are looking for a letting agent who likes to cut corners, leave you with unsafe boilers, ignore you and let properties from landlords not even registered, then look no further! These guys will have the full package. Repairs? What are those? They certainly don't know! Although apparently leaving a family with two young children with a boiler that is UNSAFE for months being fully aware and not returning calls or emails is perfectly okay! Although, they can be quick when it comes to chasing withheld rent though. And quick at issuing notice too. This letting agent is disgusting. These guys are unable to hit a reply button on an email, never mind manage a property and when they actually do replay they are unable to say more than "Noted." and then do nothing! I was left with a boiler with no pressure regulation for 5 months, they knew about it and never fixed it despite me chasing constantly. Google it, this problem can result in boiler explosions, but they don't care whilst you pay rent. Not even an apology either, just a notice to quit.

GoogleDisgusting that these people are allowed to let out houses. They should be struck off the letting agents register or whatever it is called. I've been calling them about lack of heating and lighting in the house since before Christmas and not once have they returned my calls or emails. I'm taking this much further. Never EVER rent off these idiots.
