GoogleDon’t even bother contacting them, Steven was extremely rude - missed a call and phoned back 4 mins later to be told no one would be attending a booking we had phoned twice to confirm already. Learn some manners pls probs the worst customer service I’ve ever had hahaNegativeProfessionalism
Hi David, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately you didn't call to confirm your attendance as advised and as good customer service is key to our business I gave you a courtesy call at 11.30am to advise that it wouldn't be taking place. You didn't answer and called me back at 11.34 to advise you were attending. This was too late, which you obviously weren't happy about. The responsibility was on you to confirm the viewing, you didn't, so it didn't go ahead. I can understand that you weren't happy about this David but you should take responsibility for your own actions. You will learn that for businesses to survive, especially during this difficult time, we really need to be very time efficient and unfortunately there is a lot of time wasters in this world. It is a shame that you found the time to write a bad review but didn't have the time to call up to confirm your viewing. He has been very professional, kind and always available to answer to all our queries in short times and without hesitations. Mark also referred us to a tenant services agency which guided us though all the necessary steps to set up our accounts for the utility bills. GoogleI am surprised to read the negative reviews regarding this company as I am a new landlord and 24-7 Property was the first company I contacted and they guided me through the whole process and have been nothing but helpful. They always respond to any queries I have and Caroline in accounts emails me every month with my statements. Any payment issue from the tenant is dealt with very efficiently and quickly and I am kept in formed. I have been with them 1 year now and would highly recommend them to any landlord or tenant. GoogleSlow to sort repairs. My dad has no hot or cold water in his toilet and bring a pensioner that's far from ideal. Next I will be advising him to withhold rent until the issue is swiftly remedied and bring property up to an expected standard.

GoogleI couldn’t really believe that customer service could get so low! Perhaps the name vs reality should be a clue, the 24/7 business that’s really only 8/5! They listed a property to let (“coming soon”) on a Friday afternoon. I phoned the following Monday morning expressing serious interest; they told me I had to view, I told them I was 500 miles away, but we made an appointment for Friday the same week. I travelled the 500 miles, and early Thursday evening got a call cancelling the viewing, the property had been let! I was never told there was other interest, that I was not the first to enquire or anything else to make me hesitate with my journey, but now I’ve made a 1000 mile trip, at no little expense for nothing! I’ve rarely been so angry for so long, and the property is still listed on Rightmove with “coming soon”!

GoogleMost incompetent and unprofessional bunch of people i have ever come across. sitting behind a desk with full slap on and a tacky suit doesn’t make you a letting agent. please consider training your staff at least on how to speak to customers. When someone walk into the office you don’t just sit and carry on with chatting, you deal with that customer promptly. Not to mention their manner towards complaints and repair request. Ended my tendency earlier than that just because of all that.
