Each member of staff I have dealt with have been so very helpful throughout the process of selling my home. James in particular went above and beyond what was a long and stressful sale making things that little bit easier. FacebookCould you explain why you do not carry out similar financial checks on your landlords to those carried out on your tenants? Not only allowing a vulnerable woman to pay 6 months rent in advance but to offer to renew a tenancy early to discover the landlord is on the verge of having the property repossessed very likely leaving her homeless is unbelievably irresponsible and uncaring from a large, established business. Very poor show!

I have been a tenant with a Michael Jones managed letting for 4 years. For the first year I received a sufficient service. However after the fact I have received anything but that. After reporting an irregular billing method for one of my services whereby my land lord was clearly overcharging me and being obstructive about providing legitimate data on why my bill for one person is higher than the average family of four , I have spent the last year of my life being goaded , insulted and disrespected in the deepest way I have ever been treated in my life. Firstly. Soon after this issue. I had the loss of a main service (gas , electric , etc) in my letter property and whenever I asked when I would be able to get a repair , I was told every excuse under the sun and the conversation somehow always swung back to the issue about the billing issue. It took me 4 weeks to receive a basic human right that the company promise will be given to all tenants within 3 days. However I decided to put this down as a coincidence. Until I simply asked that after losing my sister that the accounts department do not call me on the date of my sisters funeral. On that given day I was called 4 times and when I took this up with another member of staff I had to provide evidence and was pretty much called a liar. Lastly and the reason I will be leaving. A member of there staff has shared information of this issue to several people I have a relationship with socially. A complete breach of data protection. Luckily for this second rate estate agency. I am not the type of man who stands in court pointing fingers and would much rather save my money to provide for my soon to be born son than spend years throwing money and watching them continue to lie under oath. I strongly advise that you steer away from Michael Jones.

The entire team in Rustington have been outstanding. Their enthusiasm and knowledge is what first engaged me to sign with them. The promotional material they provided was above anything used by other agents. The sale process wasn't straightforward as the property is historic, so many questions arose from the buyer's side. The patience, caring and professionalism shown by them all was above and beyond anything I would have expected. It was remarkable. Their commitment and expertise has been so impressive.
