Estate Agents generally don’t get a good press but our experience with Seymour’s has been positive. House buying/selling can be very stressful, and as well as knowledge of the market and sound advice, frank, honest and regular communication was important to us. We feel we’ve had that with Seymours.

You couldn't dream up a more incompetent, rude and unprofessional company if you tried. They have absolutely no clue on the market place and pricing, the appear to be trained in providing the post passive aggressive and abusive service they can muster and lack any levels of service and professionalism.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible company. I requested to view 3 properties. The first: Completely misleading in regards to pricing. I was sent across an incorrect price guide for one property and was made confident an offer on a price would be accepted, once the offer was put in I was informed it was £15,000 short of what was discussed. The second: The agent had no idea where the property was between two buildings. He attempted to open somebody’s front door before realising it was in fact the other building. He then took us to the second building and broke the communal door lock which would mean nobody could enter their flats at all and just left the broken lock on the door and told me ‘I guess this one isn’t meant to be’ The third: Again, the agent had no idea how to enter the building. We circled about 5 times and tried multiple different doors before he established that he had the wrong keys and just like the second we were unable to view the property. If you are serious about purchasing and want to move quickly. Do not use this company.

After sales service poorWe purchased the property from Woking Branch, on April 21st, we had to ask for your sign to be removed 3 times, on the 4th occasion it was finally moved after 6 weeks. I have also noticed Seymour signs dumped in hedges, you should do something about your service of removing boards.

There certainly seems to be an issue either caused by our delay in communicating with our board contractor or the contractor's delay in delivering a service. Not ideal to know that there are also boards not where they should be, but this is most often caused by late-night revelers pulling them up and repositioning them in random locations and then us not knowing where to find them! Definitely room for improvement and one we will look into. Thanks again for sharing the information with us.

Their representative who took me around was charming and helpful. I have since made an offer on a house through them. The follow up and response to my enquires is exemplary.

GoogleAs you tend to expect from house sales and purchases this was always going to be a potential catastrophe waiting to happen at any given moment. Each hurdle (and there were a few) was smoothly and painlessly resolved by an amazing team of people with friendliness, patience and superb professionalism.
