Godalming team is absolutely worthless. It takes days to get a response back, if you get any at all. They don't answer their phones, and then when you finally managed to speak with someone a week later you're unable to view or discuss anything current. I'm pretty sure I could hire a 12 year old to do a better job than these people. Based on what I know as a buyer, I would never ever use them as a seller.

Having spent over a year looking at various properties via various Estate Agents, including Seymours Woking, and failing to find my ideal, I received urgent calls to my landline, mobile, e-mail from a very excited negotiator desperate that I view a property before it was fully marketed, he thought it exactly what I was looking for. It was! Full credit for having accurately judged my taste. It was a tortuously extended buying process but Seymours kept in touch and now I'm happily living in a place that I love. A while after it was time to sell my original house. I was most impressed with the attitude and approach of the Marketing Director who valued my house, he completely understood what I was trying to achieve sale wise and made sensible, useful suggestions. He took some really excellent pictures, got his team working from their lists of people looking for similar properties and it sold on the first day of marketing to the first viewer. Really can't better that! All the team are friendly and involved and certainly for me Seymours have performed to a very high standard in every respect.
