Responding to a repair that was required in the apartment

We have been with life residential for over 3 years at Denison House and this was the first time that we received such good service in the past 3 years (after our initial interaction with Jack Spellman who also provided great service when we initially moved into an apartment with life residential back in 2013) Tonte responded to our query immediately communicated effectively , got the matter sorted and also followed up with us to see that it has been completed to our satisfaction. I can be confident that he is a great asset to your company, given the unsatisfactory levels of service we have received from our previous property managers at Life. I am extremely satisfied by the role that is played by Geri in our renewal. She is extremely patient and helpful. She fully understands the process. Time will not permit me to do justice for the great service she has provided us but will like to highlight few things. 1. She is very punctual and responds to emails immediately. 2. Escalates issues when required. 3. She is very result oriented and wants to provide solutions. 4. Her email/telephone manner is the best I have witnessed. 5. Reactive and efficient handling of the repairs

I am a tenant and I had several repairs requests pending for months and an urgent leak that needed to be fixed urgently but that was ignored by the previous property manager. When Rakiya took over, she sent an engineer to fix the leak within a week and organized for the rest of the repairs to be tackled quickly . I am very satisfied with her follow up, calls and emails and planning for the repairs. Good job!!

Sam was very quick at responding to my emails and calls. It was also helpful that he sent rental procedure and unit information before the appointment. As a suggestion for improvement, it might be good to receive or have the option to get hard copies of the procedure and information. Overall, it was pleasant to deal with Sam. Life Residential provides end to end services with Colm assisting to coordinate among his colleagues, the handover of the newly completed property, furnishing the place, finding tenants for the unit and a tenant for the car park to providing regular updates on the unit.
