GoogleCompetitive fees, and sold property reasonably quickly in a buoyant market. I would have rated five stars apart from a couple of female members of staff that came across as quite pompous. In particular, I didn't like the fact that one remained outside the property whilst she just let the viewers stroll around by themselves; she was just the door attendant! To add insult to injury, she then complains to the potential buyers about the smell inside! It was an old person whom had dementia that lived there, so some compassion wouldn't go amiss! She was there to "sell" the property not to pass comment; however I bet she was quite happy to take any commission upon its sale though.
I would potentially consider this estate agent again, but would, like on this occasion, ensure the home CCTV is running so you can actually monitor how things are progressing.
