GoogleI have rented from Andrews estate agents for a year and from start to finish they have been outstanding. I want to personally mention 3 members of staff who I think have gone above and beyond during my tenancy: My property manager Caroline, who was friendly, polite and professional and always followed up any concerns I had. Dawn, who conducted viewings and was always so friendly and respectful of my home and finally, Sammie, who owing to the pandemic was the 'last man standing' in the office who was beyond incredible in such challenging circumstances; always responding to phone calls and emails she kept me constantly informed in respect of my deposit release, continued to maintain excellent customer service in what I can only imagine must have been very difficult circumstances owing to the increased workload and was a real pleasure to liaise with. I absolutely think this lady is a credit to Andrews and should be rewarded for her efforts. Overall I would recommend the rent team to anyone looking in and around the Abingdon area. Thank you for everything.

GoogleWorst decision of my life trying to rent here, Alex one of the Letting’s agent is extremely unprofessional in all aspects of her role. She has no clue on what steps your application process is on. Please I recommend not to deal with her, your application will be delayed and nothing will be done if you leave it up to her, I was supposed to move on a Friday however I’m gonna have to sleep in a hotel until Monday for them to maybe give me the keys to the property but this again has not been reassured to me not a surprise.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Andrews Estates in Abingdon. Having had it on the market with a different agent for a couple of months who failed to communicate. Andrews were fantastic from start to finish and proved that while they were a little more expensive they were definitely worth it! Luke managed to generate me an offer very quickly. From there the after-offer management was handed over to Laura who worked tirelessly to keep the process on track. As a result things were done and dusted in about 6 weeks from the offer and that also included resolving several unforeseen issues with the property! I live in Australia and the house I was selling was in Abingdon England. (An 11 hour time difference). Email communication was vital to that and while my solicitors weren't so good at that. Laura chased up my questions for me and emailed the results. My recommendation is don't just pick the Estate Agent because they seem like good sales people. Pick an agent that is going to see the process through to the end. I strongly recommend Andrews Estate on that basis!
