GoogleThe chap from this estate agent took us to see Ty Isaf Llanbedr Crickhowell NP8 1SY. We were in our campervan and he took us miles and miles through very narrow roads to the drive of this house that is on a very bad bend. We couldn’t get round the bend and had a lot of trouble backing out. The A479 is just metres away from this property, we could have got there easily. If he takes all viewers the way he took us over two months ago this company will never ever let this property.

GoogleGood level of service throughout. Only disappointment was having to attend branch to collect the keys, meaning I had to pass the new house and drive 30 mins. When requesting if someone could meet us at the property, I was told the diary was full. Would be a nice way to finish the purchasing journey.

GoogleThroughout the purchasing process the entire team at James Dean Abergavenny office were very professional and attentive. When requested they liaised speedily with the vendors and replied promptly to my queries and I felt that they dealt fairly with both parties. Buying during a pandemic lockdown wasn't ideal but I felt well supported by them and didn't feel hassled, they all appeared to go that extra mile to make sure the sale was completed smoothly and within 4 months.
