They were able to answer all my questions, chase solicitors and ensure that all parties involved were updated. Unfortunately, we had a delay due to a lengthy chain but James Dean were persistent and pushed forward every party in the chain to close, ensuring the exchange was complete and everyone was in their new homes in time for Christmas. I highly recommend.
