We have been blown away by the care…

We have been blown away by the care and thoroughness of a rental application made. Gill made the process feel so easy and it’s was amazing to have her there, always willing and able, to guide us through the whole process. We had given up hope finding a rental in Edinburgh, and so it’s a huge relief to have this all arranged with the move in date, just around the corner! We can’t thank you enough!!!

I had a very great experience all through. From the point of viewing with Asif, Asif was very calm and friendly during the viewing process. Also the application process was so smooth and stress free with the help of Gill. In fact the whole process was smoother and faster than I thought. I was really impressed. I would like to recommend DJ Alexander to anyone looking for an apartment to move into.

Very happy with the help from the sales department

We were so happy with the help we received from Sarah McIntyre at DJ Alexander's sales department. We have been dealing with the company as landlords the last couple of years, and have been very happy with the information and support. In the process of selling the flat Sarah was most helpful. We stay overseas and we were surprised how smoothly the sales process was. We were updated along the process and received good advise.

Consistent help from DJ Alexander Property Manager

Norman MacLean has been incredibly helpful in resolving some complex issues with our current rental property. Although we aren't out of the woods yet, Norman has been incredibly patient and helpful in attempting to resolve all our issues. Cannot fault him whatsoever and am very grateful to him for pushing to get things solved.

Professional and knowledgeable

I have had a few viewings in Edinburgh with the excellent Property Manager Paul Hyett-Czompo. Paul has been extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Although I have not found the right property for me, Paul has helped propose other properties and book me in for viewings. Always replies to my messages very promptly and is a real pleasure to deal with. Couldn't recommend him highly enough and is a top agent.

Caroline Connelly - one of the best property managers!!

Caroline was my first point of contact right from securing the property during one of the busiest times in Glasgow's rental chaos to ending my tenancy a year and a half later. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the property and appreciate your assistance during my tenancy. I must highlight that my time at the property was peaceful, and I had no major repairs or maintenance issues during my stay. I am grateful for your prompt responses to any minor maintenance issues that arose.

Swift service

After I got the acceptance email about the property, I got contacted by Chlo and the process of the checks leading up to signing my tenancy agreement was very swift. Chlo responded to all my mails almost immediately and was helpful in making sure I understood every step I had to take. That is very professional and I am grateful for that. Thank you

Poor condition, poor complaint handling... avoid!

We had an awful experience renting through DJ Alexander. The property was handed over in a condition we considered unacceptable, including recurring mould, and numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues.

Edinburgh sales

I have sold 4 properties in the last year and I have had a fantastic experience lead by Yasser Albassam and the team at DJ. He offered good advice and negotiated well when needed. I am some distance away and he organised all work that was required prior to marketing quickly and at a good price. Great experience, I would recommend DJ to anyone wanting to sell.

All in all, a very good service.

We have been using DJ Alexander for about 2 to 3 years now to manage our rental properties in Aberdeen, after they bought out our previous management company.

Kieran Mooney was professional and helpful.

Kieran Mooney was highly competent, professional in manner, courteous and helpful. He was kind and helpful at the viewing appointment, answering all of my questions clearly. As this was my first time applying for rental accommodation in the UK, I very much appreciated Kieran’s clear and timely communication. His guidance and thoroughness made this process much less complicated and therefore less stressful! I would highly recommend DJ Alexander and Kieran Mooney to others!

I’ve been a tenant with DJ Alexander…

I’ve been a tenant with DJ Alexander for nearly 5 years and they’ve taken great care of me! After unfortunately having to leave my current flat due to my landlord moving in, DJ have been amazing at helping me find a new place to move. Taylor was fantastic at helping me look for new places and arranging any paperwork or viewings and Sadie was amazing when it came to keeping me right on the reference checks and answering any questions I had. They both made what could have been a stressful experience way more straightforward and I’m excited to move into my new flat!

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. I enjoyed the viewing, Galina was super helpful and efficient. Furthermore, Laura looked after our onboarding process and this was also a positive experience: very quick responses, helpfulness and clear instructions, which was great. We were regularly updated on progress, online platforms seemed easy to use, just spot on. Thanks!

Amazingly professional Letting Agents

Brilliant team at DJ Alexander. They genuinely care about the tenants. They were very quick in responding and engaging with landlord about any of the issues I had reported during my tenancy. Johan Ross has been very patiently answering all my queries during my end of tenancy process. He helped me understand the way things are settled and was very helpful throughout.
