GoogleAlways terrible service on the phone, flats look nice but often sterile, overpriced, samey decoration. With twelve days wait to view a house on offer (which is ridiculous!), just stick with the smaller agencies, private landlords or Aberdine Considine who can get you same/a couple of days wait for appointments. I wonder if the landlords who give them their properties know that they are missing out on rent or potential tenants because Martin & Co don't have the staff to do viewings. They never respond to online viewing bookings either.

Moved out on march 17th and I'm only hearing about this now. Took ages for any response.
They had painted over the black mold in the bedroom to hide it so when I moved in two months later the whole back wall in my bedroom was black with mold.
And the living room has a big patch of damp which I got told would get fixed (it never)
Shouldn't of even been put up for rent as it was borderline not acceptable for living purposes.
Do not go with Martin and co. Save yourself time and money

Five times to get the Tenancy right via Maxine, tried to get us as strangers to use one account for payments, I wasn't allowed to view the property when requested, The Tenancy agreement says that you will pay all court costs if any problems arise. I thought things couldn't get worse, but on the date my son moved in the window was open, the inventory all wrong, a leak was under the sink and had been for ages, the lights had exposed wires, the intercom, letterbox, outside light, TV, DVD,Ariel all don't work. To finish things off I had to turn off the water via the stopcock. The Boiler doesn't work and we have had either boiling or no hot water and no heating for two weeks! Martins via Melanie and Maxine are saying that "everything is fine". It's not fine. Please do not use this agency, it doesn't care about it's tenants just the landlords. Never in 9 years have I ever had this experience with agencies. Please put yourself first because the stress is not worth it!
