GoogleIt was a pleasure renting property with them. Ladies that work there are always friendly, helpful, reasonable and factual. They helped us out a lot and even in emergency maintenance situation during lockdown made sure everything is ok. I simply cannot praise them enough.

GoogleEveryone at Homegaurd have always been very helpful whenever I’ve faced any issues, these are usually resolved very quickly. They are a lovely team who are truly there for both renter and landlord. I couldn’t not fault them.

YellI think they don't care about the property...
After 6 months, I could not trust anymore Roma Watt (Homeguard Leasing property manager). We had a very bad experience with Homeguard Leasing and many issues. I think they badly managed the property and do not recommend them to anybody.

GoogleAs I landlord I wouldn’t recommend. My flat stayed empty for over 6 months. Changed to another estate agent and was let out within 4 weeks. Certainly wouldn’t reccomend to anyone else.

Yellhideous move-out games
Lengthy move out procedure, takes forever to get back your deposit while they try to take unreasonable charges for cleaning crumbs and ridiculously small damages. (Appeal if you can, they cannot get away with them)
