Various issues with the property

Various issues with the property. Very slow response times during the application process and also reacting to these issues. Having to live with certain faults to the property due to no reply from the company.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie from Stonehouse lettings to get my flat on the rental Market, she provided a quick and easy service, from an email I sent on the Wednesday afternoon, the flat was live on the rental market by Friday ! Highly recommend using Stonehouse lettings

I didn't even think to look at the reviews before renting, unfortunately we fell in love with the property we wanted to rent and such a shame this awful company was managing it!! It's caused so much stress and upset. Bad customer service, awful communication, rude employees, slow service if something goes wrong and would never use again, no matter how nice somewhere is!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Inconsiderate to prospective tenants

Arranged to view a flat at earliest offered date and given no indication that there were viewings happening earlier for others. Told day before by text that flat was already let. Extremely inconsiderate.
