Very poor service.Wasted three months of my life waiting for a purchase that never took place.House should never have been advertised if seller was not willing to sell.Peter Allen only answered one in every three emails and 50% of phone calls.Total waste of time and money.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. Peter Alan allow sub letting. The flat my daughter is on the tenancy for has had the locks changed my daughter has not got a key however the person who is subletting and is not on the lease has a key. Go figure.

Would give zero stars if I could. Countless cancellations and postponed viewings that never happened. The team is very disorganised, doesn’t keep track of the bookings made with potential buyers. Not sure how it is still in business.
