I engaged Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers to sell a house in probate. Rowan was empathetic to the situation, patient, massively helpful with advice even prior to contracting with him. Once the sales process started the team at RF Auctioneers were proactive and communicative, helped to marshal the sale through the entire process. A massive thanks to Rowan and the team for all the help throughout.

Rowan and his team sold my house with ease. Rowan, Carmel, and Rachael, were all a pleasure to deal with and made the process very easy. The professional service of house sale aside, they also had solutions and arranged the extra jobs that had to be done, without any fuss; gas service, chimney cleaning, and grass-cutting. Recommended for anyone selling or renting to contact them.

I couldn't recommend Rowan & his team highly enough. I have used his services over the last number of years to source & vet tenants, maintain the property & oversee the tenancies. He also sold my property this year. We had no issues in any area & he took the pressure & stress out of the whole process of renting out a property. The sale went very smoothly & professionally.

I am not one usually for writing reviews but in the case of Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers I said to myself it's a must as a simple thank you didn't seem quite enough. Rowan's professional manner and Carmel's responsiveness to phone calls and emails went above and beyond the call of duty. On selling two properties with these guys now I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you so much guys for the ease and pleasure of doing business with you. I initially looked up estate agents in Limerick on Google and Rowan Fitzgerald's website caught my eye. We phoned Rowan and no on else! We can't thank Rowan enough for all his advice and we took on board his suggestions to enhance the property for resale. We had a buyer in less than two weeks and our asking price was far exceeded. The sale went through last week and we wish the new owners all the best. I know Rowan looked after them also during the sale. On the day the sale went through i received a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my door. Thank you Rowan and your team for making this all happen for us.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I recently bought a house in Limerick city through the agency of Rowan Fitzgerald and my experience of the process was a very positive one indeed. I found Rowan and his team to be exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. I can certainly recommend him to anybody seeking to buy or sell a house on the basis of me encounters with him. He offers a very professional service and was available to me at any time, taking and/or returning calls without undue delay and also making calls to the vendor on my behalf to negotiate not only the purchase price but also to liaise with regard to the purchase of some house contents. Rowan is not the stereotypical auctioneer/estate agent. I found him to be 100% honest and reliable. In my opinion you won’t find a better auctioneer in town. I heartily recommend him. Kieran Beville
