It is my pleasure to write a review for Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers & Estate Agents. Fantastic services, responsive and great team. The people at Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers & Estate Agents are so professional and helpful. We stayed almost 10 years at the house at the Greenpark area, Limerick and had the best experience with them. The response was quick and always helpful. When we vacated the house, the full deposit was received in a few days. Appreciation for the entire team for such high standards. I would like to wish them all the very best. In the future, if we would be looking for a something to rent, we will definitely return to Rowan. Thanks.

Rowan Fitzgerald managed the recent sale of our home. From start to finish, he and Rachael provided an extremely professional service. Rowan is accessible, explains the process clearly, is very knowledgeable, and acts with integrity. I have no hesitation recommending Rowan and his team. On the day we went sale agreed - Rachael found us a new home to rent as an added bonus. Thank you both.

I was lucky to use the rental service as tenant for three years. The communication with the office was smooth and quick every time. We got every imaginable help and way beyond it as newcomers in Ireland. When we had any issue with or around the house we got help in reasonable time. The contract was straight forward and well explained. If I had to find a rental agency in Limerick, more than likely, I'd choose them again.

I worked closely with Rowan when we purchased a building recently through Rowans Fitzgerald's office. I have to say Rowan Fitzgerald was so professional in his engagements with us. For us as the purchaser Rowan facilitated us and kept us updated as to how the process was progressing. All i can say is Rowan is very professional and engaging and certainly made a stressful process, easier. I would highly recommend.......

We dealt with Rowan during the purchase of a house recently. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. A thorough gentleman, customer focussed, knows his business, hugely accommodating & patient. He gave up hours of his own time to facilitate various requests ahead of closure and moving in. After we moved in, he provided us with a lot of useful information, remained connected & available for queries. The thoughtfulness behind the Thank You card, box of chocolates and bottle of bubbles was a nice touch. 🍾 Rowan, thanks a million for your support. Cheers, Dave.

Hassle free and great advice. I contacted Rowan as I was looking at either renting or selling a property I owned. He went through all the options with me and made them simple and easy to understand. I decided to go with a sale in the end and left it to Rowan and team. I was kept informed at all times of what was happening and they looked after everything. Made it very simple and hassle free.

I would highly recommend Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers. From the first contact they were a pleasure to deal with, always going to extra mile and adding some lovely touches that I just haven't seen from any other auctioneers. They were efficient and professional from the get go, and the result was a very efficient and smooth process. The service was outstanding and second to no other auctioneer I have dealt with. I cannot recommend them enough when buying or selling a property. And the lovely gift when I moved in was a fantastic touch! Thanks everyone.

My husband and I recently purchased a home which Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers were advertising. Buying a home can be a stressful time but Rowan and team made the experience as smooth as possible. From viewing the property, to the bidding and finally the sale, Rowan was very responsive, professional, transparent and extremely helpful. Carmel and Rachael in the office were always on hand to answer any questions we had too. I cannot recommend them enough when buying or selling a property. Thank you all very much! We decided to use Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneer to sell our property. We have been clients of Rowans for at least 10 years now as a renting agency and were very happy with his work. I have found him very honest and hard working and his team are very professional. He recently sold a property for us and everyone concerned was very happy with the result. The sale was handled very professionally and without delay. I would have no hesitation in using Rowans agency again.

Rowan Fitzgerald was a pleasure to work with during my recent purchase of a property that he had listed. He was knowledgeable and thorough when showing the property, and subsequently always available to answer questions and deal with concerns. He was always honest, transparent, dependable, and professional in my dealings with him. He communicated effectively between seller, buyer, and solicitors, to move the process along as best he could to a timely conclusion. I would fully recommend Rowan. He provides a personal hands-on service. You will deal directly with him and get his full attention.

I recently purchased a house and can't believe my luck it was with this Auctioneer. They were fantastic communicators and gave honest, helpful advice when I asked; making the whole process as pain free as possible. When I picked up my keys they gave me a list of useful maintenance numbers which was a lovely touch. Every member of the team, genuinely, thank you. I would definitely recommend.
