I initially offered my apartment to one of the bigger auctioneer firms in Limerick. They were not interested and made absolute no effort They gave me the impression that they had no interested in selling anything worth less than €200k. I dismissed them after getting absolutely no satisfaction. I found Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers on google and offered them my apartment to sell They set about the task of selling and were successful in finding a buyer in a reasonable time They were most professional in their dealing with me, keeping me updated on progress at all times . They were easy to deal with and provide an excellent service I have no hesitation in recommending Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers and I thank them for the excellent service they provided

Couldn’t recommend Rowan more! We rented through him in Limerick City for years and then bought our first home with him also. There was absolutely no delay on his end, either as an auctioneer or property manager. He was extremely attentive and always made sure everything was in order. No mess, no fuss - just very straightforward and accommodating. Highly recommended.

I’ve had the best experience with Rowan Fitzgerald’s Auctioneers! I rented my first apartment from Rowan in 2015 and when it was time to look for a new place, I especially favored apartments that they listed because they are extremely professional and know how to treat their customers. Rachael herself is an absolute gem of a person! She helped us find an apartment that not only suited our needs, but our budget. She’s always available and answers your messages quickly. I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a home through Rowan Fitzgerald and dealt with Rowan directly. I could not recommend him highly enough anyone thinking of buying or selling should go through Rowan Fitzgerald. He makes what can be a very stressful time that little bit better always just a phone call away to help you with any questions or concerns. Not only is he very professional but also so kind a rare find these days. 100% this small auctioneer in the heart of limerick city is worth its weight in gold. Thank you Rowan for my dream home and all your help.

Buying a house was a very exhausting process, and it was made no easier by those who profit from the activities involved but I eventually was fortunate enough to engage two good businesses and would strongly recommend them to any future would be's. They were not just helpful but also interested in you getting your home. Thanks Rowan Fitzgerald's; with particular mention of Rachael Coughlan, who we dealt with throughout. The other business worth a mention in tandem was Meehan Moroney Solicitors Limerick, who handled the conveyancing.

I contacted Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers for help with a probate valuation, on the strength of these Google reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. Rachael was punctual, professional and communicative throughout, we had our valuation within a day and I was able to pay for the service online. I’d highly recommend Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers if you need a property valuation for any reason.

Excellent service. Positively different from other real estate agencies, especially in our case (non-natives), as the brokers are very attentive and helpful (which is not always the case in the city). We visited several places in one day, which for newcomers helps a lot. Quick solutions. I highly recommend it. Special thanks to Vilnis, and Mr. Rowan.

I recently had Rowan look after a property sale, and would highly recommend himself and his agency. Everything about the process was well explained in advance, and any questions I had were dealt with promptly and helpfully throughout. Plenty of updates and objective advice around the bidding stage. Some minor repairs that unexpectedly arose, were looked after and managed by their team - a welcome extra step above and beyond, which made the whole process very easy and stress free.

We decided to engage Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers to sell a property for us on a recommendation from friends. We are so pleased we did. Rowan and his team provide a very professional service. From our first meeting with him when he explained current market valuations to closing the sale, his advice and expertise was evident. All phone calls or emails were answered promptly and his evaluation of the market was accurate. We would have no hesitation in recommending him as an Auctioneer or Letting Agent.
