We had an outstanding experience with Rachael throughout the purchase of our new home. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Rachael consistently went above and beyond what we expected, always making herself available to answer questions, provide updates, and help move the process along. Her calm, positive approach made a huge difference every step of the way. Her dedication, commitment, and genuine care for her clients really set both her and the agency apart. We are so grateful for everything she did to help us secure our new home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rachael and the entire team to anyone buying or selling a property.

We recently purchased a house with Rowan Fitzgerald as auctioneers. We had a number of viewings of different properties with both Rowan and Rachael, and both were very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. When we went sale agreed with Rachael, she was excellent at maintaining communication with us and facilitating additional viewings of the house. Rachael was always quick to reply and made a stressful process so much easier for us. We would highly recommend anybody to work with Rowan Fitzgerald, it was a pleasure.

We had a fantastic experience with Rowan Fitzgerald, and in particular Rachael, who helped us at every step of the process. We are Canadians and were not able to travel to Ireland to see the apartment we purchased. So connecting with someone we felt we could trust, who stayed in communication and explained how the process worked in Ireland was critical. Our closing wasn't smooth due to some missing documentation from the seller, but Rachael stayed involved, continued to dig for information and coordinated the sale so that in the end there were no delays in us taking possession. Her recommendations for other products and services (appliances, plumbers etc) were extremely helpful and made it possible for us to get the place set up quickly. We were very lucky to find Rachael and would highly recommend Rowan Fitzgerald.

We recently purchased a house with Rachael from Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers and we couldn't say anything but good things. From the first contact with Rachael, she was very responsive, informative, professional and so friendly - which as FTB's immediately put us at ease. Throughout the process from going sale agreed to closing, nothing was ever an issue. Rachael kept us informed and updated as much as possible as things progressed, quickly answered any questions that we had, and overall was the perfect link between us, the vendor and solicitors to ensure things kept moving and went smoothly. We also received a call from Rowan the day after we received our keys, to congratulate us on our purchase and to check that we were happy with everything. Considering we had had no previous dealings with Rowan throughout our purchase, we felt that this was a really lovely touch and something we really appreciated. Overall, we are delighted with our house purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rachael or RF Auctioneers to anyone. If you are selling or purchasing a property, and you want a professional, personal and efficient service, then look no further. Thanks again Rachael (Caroline + Jimmy) :)

I was really needing a new place to rent, and it was Ericka was the best person that I got in contact with. All other companies wanted just applications through email or website and they never send me a return. However Ericka was available, we visited the house and she was very fast and considerate. It was the best customer service I had. Thank you very much!
