Just bought our house through Rowan Fitzgerald and he could not have made the process any more seamless. He was up front and honest from day 1 about possible timelines and how the process works and was willing to accommodate us when it came to initial viewings and final walkthroughs. He also made sure that there was an alternative person to contact (Rachel) while he was on his Annual Leave during the summer. She did a great job of keeping things moving along in his absence. I would recommend Rowen Fitzgerald auctioneers & Estate agents for anyone looking to sell their property. We were selling a house we had rented out for many years. They worked to my timelines, reviewed the property before we got the house ready for sale to align with any suggestions. communication was very strong and constant and everything was actioned at speed. i went today at 4.30pm to view apartment 52 in new town park, castletroy, limerick, the responsible auctioneer for viewing this apartment dealt with me in a bad manner showing no respect in dealing with me because i texted him as a reminder that I came in time and waiting for him. he came to me shouting , very nervous, dealt with me as if i am a child although I am older than him. of course because of the strange behaviour from this acuctioneer which I never faced before, I put my complaint in front of his boss to say he is not fit to be an auctioneer and this gives bad image regarding the company. i am interested to view the apartment but I don't want to view with this auctioneer. thanks

I could not praise them any more highly for their professionalism, communication and turnaround time given my requests were particularly time-sensitive.
