GoogleI recently sold my property through Urban Spaces and was delighted with the service. Ben helped smooth the path round small obstacles that arose during the process and the deal was completed in a very acceptable time span. Given that we'd originally bought the property through Urban Spaces a few years earlier, I've experienced both vendor side and buyer side. Both experiences left me in no doubt that I'd recommend them to anyone.

GoogleReally well looked after from finding the flat, placing an offer, accepting the flat right up until we moved. Everyone one we dealt with (Nikki, Doug and Sinead) we’re so helpful and friendly. We moved in yesterday and woke up today with a delivery of flowers from Bloom and Wild which was an unexpected but extremely thoughtful and kind gesture. Would 100% recommend Urban Spaces letting agency.

GoogleHad a fantastic move in experience and Martina in particular was perfection with the Sales process and moving everything along swiftly. A couple of times we've had to ask for How to do something around the house as it wasn't told to us while moving in but responses have always been fast. Overall a great experience!

GoogleI inherited Urban Spaces as my managing agents after they took over from Young London. Urban Spaces are a small property letting and managing agency; that means that they offer a personal service, not always available with larger agencies. The manager I deal with, Pete Hunt, and his team, are energetic, courteous and efficient and show good judgement. I recommend them to others wanting a personal touch.
