As both a prospective seller and buyer I contacted them to see one of their properties. They cancelled the viewing at the last minute, a couple of hours prior to meeting. They never contacted me again. Given their lack of professionalism, I wouldn’t rely on them to sell my property nor to buy one.

Particularly found working with Pete Hunt to be excellent. The service has improved dramatically since Greene & Co have not been involved and Urban Spaces manage everything.

GoogleTook a holding deposit from me and then stated it would take 10+ days to refund it when the landlord decided to let the property to another tenant - not ideal at a time when I am clearly looking to rent a place and could probably do with the money...

GoogleGreat agency and I do not say it lightly having had horrendous experience before. Very responsive, digital - so there’s no need for any paperwork in hard copy. All issues are resolved very quickly. Flowers received as new tenants were a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
