I had a fantastic experience with Bobby, Kallum, Tiago, and Amber throughout the entire process of securing my new home. From my initial inquiry to signing the tenancy contract and finally moving in, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They even extended extra time to accommodate my schedule for signing and key collection. Although we had a small misunderstanding, they remained professional throughout, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed at each stage. Appears as though they are great for landlords but not for tenants. Property manager rude, dismissive and does not care. Been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for a refund of my deposit. Landlord confirmed 100% to be refunded but they needed me to confirm that amount too. Why would I argue that amount?! After living in the property for 3 years and looking after it well this is how I’ve been rewarded. My advice would be to speak to anyone but Freya. After confirming 3 times for the amount to be paid and the bank details, she still didn’t process the refund and blamed the accounts department for missing it. My thoughts are she couldn’t wait to finish work for the bank holiday weekend and didn’t send it through to them. Head office seem useless and uninterested too so wouldn’t bother with the company as a whole.
