GoogleWorst service I’ve ever used. Have bare/minimal details of their units. Never answer the phone. No interest in what they’re doing. Won’t deal with them again.

Mr McCarthy we have no record of you contacting our company or viewing any of our properties. We note you have only ever submitted one google review, so it would be our understanding you must be a competitor or you must have confused us with another estate agent . We sell houses not units. Rhona we note you are not a client of McGranaghan Estate Agent. It is the policy of our company to answer all relevant communications. There are several reasons why you might not have obtained a reply: 1. The email address was not correct 2. Our firewall has stopped the email due to a virus attached 3. You have confused us with another estate agent 4. The email has gone straight to spam due to the contents Can we suggest, if the email was important it might have been easier to phoned T:90 30 90 30. Hope this brings clarity to your issue.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Mark and the whole team. Never any issues throughout the whole buying process. From start to finish we were kept in the loop and never had any wool pulled over our eyes. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to sell or buy through them!

It is our responsibility to carry out due diligence on prospective tenancy applications. As part of the application process an applicant must provide their own credit check. Pauline we do apologise but with over 260 houses, either for sale or in the completion pipe line.. it's possible your call could have been overlooked... however, we have checked our data base and we have no record of you contacting our company or viewing any of our properties. Is it possible you have confused us with another estate agent? Can we ask your good self... If we missed your call.....why did you not just phone us back? Again if we are at fault...we do apologise...
