GoogleI have just purchased a property from McGranaghan’s and couldn’t recommend them more. There were a multitude of complications throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite the fact that I was not even their client. Mark went above & beyond to keep me informed. Thank you!

GoogleThe poorest customer service that I have ever experienced. Landlords, do your properties a favour and do not have this company handling them... 1, Poor communication - Gave me incorrect instructions for filling out forms, took several phonecalls/days to find out what was wrong and address it. 2, Bad Website, Poor handling of complaints - Walked to hand deliver my amended forms to my nearest office. The office listed on their website is now an ice cream shop. When I complained about this on the phone, they showcased no intention to fix the issue and used Coronavirus as an excuse. 3, Poor customer support - They never took responsibility for any of the poor information that they provided and required a lot of prompting to work on any solutions. Long story short, this company is completely unprofessional and does not deserve your service.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Mark sorry to hear about your experience but the tenancy application form is extremally simplistic to complete...We did inform your good self, due to the pandemic all our offices were closed to the public.

Mr Kearney, We are not sure if you have the correct estate agency. If you had called our office, you would have been notified that all calls are recorded. We have examined our recorded system and don’t have any record of your call. Notwithstanding the above, all our staff are highly experienced and trained in dealing with demanding clients. GoogleAmy, that reply has left some important detail out of it. The reason for my 1 star is being told that I would be contacted by the latest on Monday in relation to my bid of £99000 on a property. I had to contact YOU to be then told that an offer of £105000 had just come in. I have bid on other properties, thank you for your concern and attempt to educate😊NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Maeve it is our understanding you have submitted a 1 star review due a higher bid being placed on the property you are interested in… We are not sure if this is the first time you have bid on a property but we have a care of duty to obtain the highest bid for our client. Whilst we appreciate the current offer is £10,000 over the asking price… it’s still not too late to submit a further bid. The property still remains on the open market. Good Luck…

We encountered several problems which delayed us but Bronagh was not one of them; she was responsive to calls and enquiries and seemed genuinely interested and positive throughout the experience right up to completion. Highly recommend them if selling your property.
