We are female students at Kings and will be staying on in this house for another 12 months. We wanted to live in Southwark closer to our university but were unable to find a regulated house Before we moved into the house the processes were straight forward and the estate agent were so helpful and polite we actually felt it was to good to be true but I can honestly say this review it well earned for Reiss-Samuels. I have read other reviews and they are so true The landlord Rakesh Patel hope he doesn’t mind me mentioning his name he is super when it comes to repairs which is a relief as previously we stayed in GDS which was not as good. My first time using a review website, trust pilot seems cool and will start using it more

We are six Greenwich University Students that moved into a property in Ambassador Square E14, Reiss Samuels was very helpful. This was the first time we rented a property.We now dealing directly with the landlord Mr Rakesh Patel and his maintenance man Grant they are very efficient and helpful with all repairs. They are very responsive and quick on all repairs.We had a very bad experience living in Student Halls in Greenwich whereby it took several weeks or months for a repair to be dealt with.Several of our friends are renting properties in Tower Hamlets Docklands with Mr Rakesh Patel.We have recommended other fellow students to rent to Mr Rakesh Patel.

I scored Reiss-Samuels excellent for the following reasons:
- prospective tenant -second to none, considerate of our needs, thorough explanations of all conditions etc, showed us properties very well tailored to the information we provided, arrived a few minutes late to the appointment when there office is a around the corner from the apartment
- agreeing tenancy - as soon as we'd chosen where we wanted to rent and told Reiss-Samuels they were very understanding of our needs for signing etc, easy to meet at their office and sort all details, detailed support throughout again. Contract signing on Sunday really helped us out, strict clauses in the contract irrelevant to where we live
- Check in - couldn't have been easier! Made easy by clerk - picking up keys etc all went very smoothly
Contracting in Canary Wharf and if my contract is renewed I without a doubt, continue letting with Reiss-Samuels
i put in two offers with other companies they obviously were not accepted i was very surprised to see how to rent guide or a draft contract was never supplied like come on all this is law
A lady called Emma from Reiss-Samuels emailed all t/c before securing this place, she is helpful

GoogleVery unprofessional. I have never in my life experienced such disgraceful interactions with a supposedly professional company. During calls with Satnam Gill he has been incredibly patronising, aggressive, intimidating, shouting down the phone, will not allow me to speak, just continually talks over me, certainly does not listen to what I say then twists what I do. He threatened to write an e mail to a group of other parents of students saying I had said something that I had not, I told him not to do this but he did it anyway. At the end of the last call I had with him - he shouted that I was a "..f****** b****.." twice at which point I disconnected and sent him an e mail clarifying after that, I did not want any form of communication from him directly any more - however within minutes there were 2 further e mails. My child has been threatened with legal action for defamation after writing a negative review following their experiences. He seems to threaten this often looking at other 1 star reviews across the platforms (Trust Pilot, Allagents ). In another 1 star review on Google - Satnam opens his response with "All calls are recorded" therefore my experiences will be fully verifiable in those recordings and look forward to receiving unedited copies of those calls. I am not telling anyone to not use this company. I am writing a true account of my experience and my honest opinions. Maybe if Satnam takes on board the negative reviews regarding his conduct, apologises and changes rather than just threatening legal action against anyone who dares to write an account of their experience, then they may stop coming.

I have to unfortunately write a negative review for Reiss Samuels, due to the treatment we have received from the Managing Director.Trying to get clarification about the property my daughter was about to rent, I had to deal with the MD. They say it is never the problem that is the problem, but the attitude of how the problem is handled. The MD showed little self-control and handled all questions and requests with the utmost annoyance, arrogance, and disrespect.He did reply to every single email but was evasive and extremely economical in his responses. I believe he is convinced because he is replying to emails he is delivering excellent service and being cooperative but he ignores the fact that by continuously referring back to THE document that generated the uncertainties in the first place is not helpful, answering only about 20% of the questions leaving all the other uncertainties unanswered, changing the topic by asking something totally different, fabricated conversations and by changing his tune is sadly not service at all and definitely not cooperative.His way of handling not understandable phrases and rental procedures in the contract made us feel not looked after and realised that we could not trust how he would react/behave if there would be a ‘real’ problem in the year of rent. The risk was just too high to take. It became evident that customer (the tenants) service is not his strength and definitely not in his interest.Due to Reiss Samuels’ Managing Director, we have decided last minute not to go through with the rental and therefore he is solemnly responsible for his client (the landlord) to have lost trustworthy tenants that would have looked after his property with the utmost care.

Dear Stefan & Xenia Braun,You were never a tenant or a guarantor however you were a guardian of a individual who was due to move into a property.The issue here is when individuals get involved like yourself who are not apart of the tenancy the procedure can be complicated and due to GDPR in this country we are not unable to discuss all this with you.The way to have dealt with the situation as we advised you to do so is that your daughter sends us a email confirming we can discuss the tenancy with you over the phone or email1 week before the start of the tenancy You mentioned how you want the property repainted throughout due to the amount of rent your daughter was paying You also demanded we open a pay pal account just for you to make payments easier for yourself You also wanted to make a payment plan for the move in costAfter speaking to the other prospective tenants and a parent of one of the other prospective tenants in the group it was clear that the individuals including your daughter who were due to pay the last 6 months rent in advance decided not to proceed as they did not wish to pay that amount of money even though they had booked the property several months earlier and were told the full procedure Your daughter and the other prospective tenant had their own agenda hence why they decided to go their separate ways and rent a 2 bedroom and not rent another 5 bedroom house Your comments are incorrect. GoogleI hardly ever write reviews but I am bending the rules for Reiss- Samuels who helped me find a place to live in a tricky lettings market! Some of these websites online are inaccurate why some estate agents continue to advertise places which are not available I will never know it’s a waste of consumers times.
I was shown a handful of 1 bedroom apartments in south quay which is soul less area however ending taking a apartment on the river off westferry road
Sat really listened to me and only showed me places that I could see myself living in
