I act as a guarantor for my son who is 20 years old studying at Greenwich university. The experience living in Avery hill in Eltham was not worth the discounted rent given the commute each day to Greenwich made us search for a new place for his second year at University. Thankfully we met Satnam via a friend who rented a property through this company last year. My son looked at several studios online through different agents, filled in numerous amounts of online applications, and most of the agents never responded back Satnam has gone over and above finally making my sons private rental a positive experience. We found him to be professional helpful, friendly and made the process of my son finely getting his rental property a success. We would like to thank Satnam and Emma for all of their help and guidance. Would 100 per cent recommend them both.

In addition to incredible professionalism and expertise, he went above and beyond, was incredibly proactive to help me secure the perfect rental, brilliantly guiding me along the way and made the whole process smooth. He thoughtfully and skilfully balanced tenant and landlord needs to get to the best solution, adaptively navigating any unexpected solutions. The communication throughout the process was excellent. He kindly arranged a second viewing immediately after the assured shorthold tenancy agreement was signed in the office on short notice. Superb service and a great Human.

Extremely rude estate agents, don't use. I called to request to book a viewing and spoke to an extremely rude man. Who insisted in the rudest way imaginable viewings would only be held if all tenants would be available to view. I explained we all were working and a maximum of 3 of us would be able to view today. To which he was extremely rude about insisting we were not serious about the property. He asked if the move in date of 27th August was acceptable for us. I replied that we were not opposed to this move in date but an earlier date of the 12th August would be ideal if they had other properties available. To which he started asking me why in my right mind I would be calling for a property available on the 27th August then. Eventually he hung up on me. Incredibly rude service, awful estate agent.

We have been given clear information and instruction prior to the viewing Reiss Samuels we’re there on time to welcome us for the viewing. They were persistent both me and my husband come to view which was a ball ache as he works a lot During viewing the Lettings Consultant was very friendly and informative so was the previous tenant very nice which made us feel this is the place for us especially with the amazing viewsAfter the viewing the agent gave us further info on bills council tax etc and parking charges concierge and gym and how this all worksWe have been satisfied the way viewing was conducted We would rate the agency 5 stars the reference company paragon 4 stars and check in clerk 2 starts as she couldn’t wait to just give us the keys outside and leave We put offers in for other places before and we’re never sent any sample tenancy agreement to read over or a how to rent quide which I understand is a legal requirement before a one week deposit is paid A lot of red tape when renting in London I would advise customers reading this review to check tenancy fee act 2019 before paying a deposit but cannot fault Reiss Samuels they were great and extremely informative and the landlord seems nice reminds me of my lovely grandfather hahaWe wish we could upload pictures here to show the amazing panoramic views from our apartment in the landmark Many thanks Gabby and Ryan

Not one for reviews me but I wanted to write this Throughout our time living at Pan peninsula , Satnam Gill has been a true professional helping us with all of our needs. His responses were always timely and clear, and we did not once have any issues in communication. Calls what’s app texts emails super quick.He made sure everything was taken care of and seemed to take on all the responsibility his position required. Exceptional service from reiss samuels When facing an unforeseen issue during the referencing period we initially thought we would need to withdraw from the rental. Satnam and Paragon calmly assured us that the rental was still possible and provided valuable advice. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed, and working with Sara at paragon and Satnam and the team was remarkably straightforward. We genuinely couldn't have got the property without both of their assistance and are truly grateful for the service we received. Even after we moved in satnam continued to assist with general questions. Hands down the best experience so far with a letting agent Satnam took into consideration our budget and what we have to work with and really produced some amazing viewings we are currently here for the next 14 months for work purposes so we needed to settle in ASAP with COVID-19 a lot of viewings at the time we’re not being taken Satnam provided social distancing guidelines allowed us to view the properties while Maintaining all precautions temperature checks were taken as was a track and trace system of all whom his letting company have come into contact with so such reassurance about these practices made us ever so comfortable viewing regarding the property we found a apartment a stones throw away from the tube allowing easy access to and fro work we have recommended to all our over seas partners Reiss samuels for there time spent here in London uk upon searching for a location to stay.I felt the referencing system in place is long winded but apart from that we are very pleased thank you to the team at Reid’s-Samuels and a even bigger thank you to Emma Collins who decided to go out of her way and sign contracts just gone 9pm due to train delays All the best

I was in the rental market and contacted numerous estate agents. Almost all took my details, what I was looking for and said 'would get back to me'. None did, except Reiss-Samuels Not only did they get back to me but literally within days took me on a tour of 6 properties that matched the description of what I was looking for, and answered all the questions I had. I was very impressed with the service offered and would recommend them to anyone. Satnam was efficient and professional he was able to meet my needs as well as my mates requests.
