Awards on Trusted Agent review pages
What it is
Offices and groups that won a Trusted Agent 2026 award show it on their review page as a rosette badge for the tier (Platinum, Gold or Trusted Agent).
What it shows
- The office's national position and the size of the ranking, for example "1st of 18,569 UK offices".
- A "Top x%" badge, always rounded up so it never overstates. It isn't shown for offices outside the top half.
- On an office page, the office's own award is shown first and full width. On a group page, the group's best award is first and the rest follow, ordered by tier and position.
- Awards without a national position (for example a regional award) show their description instead.
- Each award links to the winners page.
Good to know
- Offices that have changed their name or brand but are the same office keep their award.
- Where an office's name is just the brand, the town is added (for example "Jones Robinson Newbury") so offices are easy to tell apart.
