I have been renting a property from clee thompson and francis for 9 months.When we moved in we had flooding after 2 days.We have had to have builders back and fore many times in the 9 months as well as inspections etc.This house as been the worst house i have ever private rented.We have had 9 months of hell.The house will be prohibited in the next 2 weeks as enviromental health as been here twice and said today it will be prohibited.The girls have done the best they can for us,but i do believe they should be checking the properties out a lot more before renting them to families such as us.My daughter suffers feom asthma and we should never have been allowed to rent this in the first place.Although we have an agreement for the last few months not to pay the rent, and some other months in between we have had discounted rent.We always had to pay the agency fee.A good company wouldn't taken that in the stste this house is in.

GoogleDear Clee, I am sending this mail in relation to the property you have listed 10 cwmphil road SA9 1DE. I live at 6 school road, sa91eq. recently the James won an easement of access in court. I want to inform you of key facts for full disclosure for any potential buyers, as I don't feel you will be giving full disclosure. Like you didn't when I bought my home from you. The access has been in dispute for over 20 years and will continue to be disputed. Also I am erecting gates at the bottom boundary of my property, also the gate at the entry of my property will need to be closed when not is use, and will be a locked gate. The residents of 10 cwmphil road will be given a key. I also have no legal obligation to upkeep that land. Also to prevent 10 cwmphil road from dry turning on my land, I will be erecting a security post that only 4 and 5 school road will have a key for there access. You are required by law to make any potential buyers awear of these facts. I am in my legal right to carry out this work and it will be carried out shortly. If you fail to make any potential buyers awear of these facts, I will be going to your regulatory bodies. And prompting any new buyer to take action against you. I will also be sending this email to Clee director and posting it online. Mark boundford

My job is to buy and sell . But even though buying a house in this buisness is considered work . I am refused viewings because of covid . They need to learn the guidelines and rules on travel . And based in their non understanding of the basic rules, I can only imagine that this would not be a good company to work with .
