Crest Nicholson sales team at Kilnwood vale Horsham have been incredibly helpful and have guided me along the way throughout which has been essential as a first time buyer. The sales team were so friendly and have always responded so promptly to any correspondence. It’s been a very good experience. I have a recommend a friend voucher, and would 100% recommend.

In a simple word, this guys are terrible and I don't see a long business case about this company. Don't recommend, built quality, customer services all needs to be improved. Otherwise this is a short term company with clear path to failure. Usual time of response 2-3month with 0 outcome. Don't buy properties from this company. This review been written by the owner who made mistake !

TrustpilotIt’s a fair developer!
It’s a fair developer. Wish the houses were further apart and there was more green spaces and trees in between. The last phase being build right now consist of 3-4 storey buildings which were not presented as part of development planning when we bought our house, which is bit disappointing. Apart from that, all reported incidents and issues were rectified so far.

Incompetent builders who rush homes and leave you battling four water leaks in eight months (amongst many, many other issues). Absolutely no care or urgency to help you get anything fixed. Despite constant reminders that their homes are “finished to the highest standards”, I’m yet to see any evidence of this. Our new home experience has been completely ruined.
