We are currently selling our house with Your Move and originally having a business doing all the sign erecting for them and many other Agencies in York it was obvious whilst working for them just how proactive they were, which is why we chose them out of all the main agencies we had worked for. They have certainly not disappointed us and whilst we have not sold yet, originally due to people further down our chain and of coarse the virus, the team, which Scott the MD has built round him are very professional, easy to deal with and right on top of their job, we are now very confident coming out of this lock down that our house will sell. I used Your Move Anscombs York to sell my York 2 bedroom flat in Apr 19. From the outset they were professional and maintained regular communications through both email and telephone to inform me of the progress of the sale; above the standard I have received from other estate agents. The flat was marketed at the then joint highest price for a flat within the development, more than I had originally expected, and multiple viewings were arranged within 3 days of the property being listed for sale. I was extremely happy when I received an offer for the full asking price only 7 days after the listing was made. During the negotiation, I felt York Move were keen to look after my interests as they conducted negotiations on my behalf. Once the sale had been agreed, York Move maintained strong contact with my solicitors, the buyer's solicitors and me providing regular updates (at least once per week). Rob and Emma (Sales Consultant and Progressor respectively) dealt with the majority of my case and I have only good things to say about them and their work. Overall I would strongly recommend Your Move York to other sellers and although I will be moving away from the local area, I would consider using Your Move's other offices in the future.
