The quality and efficiency of all our dealings with the Your Move team was exceptional. They kept us informed of how our sale was proceeding on a regular weekly - sometimes twice weekly - basis; it did not matter which member of the team was dealing with us because they all knew our property and the state of play with the sale and could talk with us knowledgeably about it. Communication was of the very highest order. Our property details were also outstanding and produced to the very highest standard. All-in-all, I cannot recommend Your Move Anscombs highly enough.

All staff were true professionals yet friendly in their approach and made the whole selling process so much better than I had imagined. They managed to secure numerous viewings, gained valuable buyer feedback, which I was then able to act on, and then secure a buyer at a price I was delighted with. Completion soon followed thanks to the ongoing support of the team who also, knowing I had lived in the property for more than 30 years, showed great sensitivity throughout. Overall a great estate agency service that I think would be hard to beat in York and one I would definitely recommend.
