GoogleVery rude , told me there was no point viewing the house because it will be gone by the weekend . Had to get my partner to arrange a viewing then when we arrived we showed our selfs round the house ,as soon as we set foot in the house he told us there was a offer by a first time buyer and we are likely not to get the house ! (Yes there is no chain but my money is as good as there’s ) from the start he’s been trying to put us off the house !!!I would not use these ever again very rude younge man !! And I will be taking this further .

GoogleBought a house with Lancaster Samms. They were easy to deal with, not too demanding about rushing us along the buying process. Didn't do a hard-sell and respected my decision not to talk about my budget or circumstances, which worked for both of us as they didn't wind me up so I completed a sale! They were very co-operative with information requests and other queries. I hope they get ahead of other agents because they've got a more collaborative attitude than others so it doesn't feel like a battle. We've since referred them a client who has sold their house with them.
