GoogleAppealing properties have a great team. They were quick at finding me a tenant, have taken all the hard work out of managing the property and provide good advice. I also found their Terms of Business and fee structure clear and competitive.

GoogleThe team at Appealing properties have been excellent in managing our rental accommodation, always approachable and professional. Living far away it has been stress free and far better than my experience in the past with larger companies. Thank you!

GoogleVery unprofessional. House not available anymore and they didn't even bother to contact potential viewers. They also lied saying they had left s voicemail. Unbelievable unprofessional.

GoogleOne member of staff was curt in her approach and did not seem to understand some of the key legal aspects relating to tenancy agreements.
Sorry if this has been the case in the past. Our staff are trained by Propertymark as well as my self, I think at the time of your review, possibly the member of staff in question was still in training, I would have been happy to assist if there was an issue.
