GoogleEvolve were excellent. Far cheaper than any of the other local estate agents, but really professional. The marketing of the house was excellent, and it was valued based on current market research rather than just a one size fits all checklist. They always knew what was going on with the status of the sale, and were in constant communication with us, our buyers and our solicitors. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble for them and on the day of arrival at our new house in Chard a Staff Member even came around to deliver the keys to us although he was not working at the time. Steve compelted the majority of the sale and provided the most service during my involvement with Evolve. When visiting the building there was also someone greeting you with a polite, smiley mannor. Couldn't fault them!
