GoogleWe used evolve to sell our home and also bought one from them. They were amazing. They sold our house in less than 2 day getting the full asking price. Nothing was too much and they were always available to help either by phone, email or text. It was great to have someone to help either in the evening or at weekends. I could not recommend them enough.

The marketing of the house was excellent, and it was valued based on current market research rather than just a one size fits all checklist. They always knew what was going on with the status of the sale, and were in constant communication with us, our buyers and our solicitors. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble for them and on the day of arrival at our new house in Chard a Staff Member even came around to deliver the keys to us although he was not working at the time. Steve compelted the majority of the sale and provided the most service during my involvement with Evolve. When visiting the building there was also someone greeting you with a polite, smiley mannor. Couldn't fault them!
